Infection when pregnant? Help.?

I think I may have a yeast infection or BV. I have had both once in this pregnancy and have symptoms again. I am almost 27 weeks pregnant right now. I went to see my doctor Tuesday morning and i was feeling OK then but later that night and all today i have pain around/in the area, some itchiness, and yellow whitish discharge. The pain is really what is bothering me. TMI sorry. But my question is- my doctor is out of town until Monday and i dont see him again until a week from next monday. Is it safe to wait to call him when he gets back and see how im feeling then or even wait until my next appt? I know i could see another doctor at the office but i would really perfer not to, and i was just there. I feel dumb for not having a l exam done now- but i wasnt feeling this way.
