I cant find my club nintendo code for twilight princess?

so, i think my brother may have chucked it in the garbage or something and i cant find my CN code for LOZ:TP. could anyone spare theirs for me? it's a little pamphlet where the manuals go and it should have a code on it and club nintendo all around it you cant miss it
