Should the Butcher whose negligence caused the death of a 5 year old boy?

The charge should have been manslaughter by gross negligence. While obviously there was no intent on the part of the butcher to harm or kill individuals, he was clearly in breach of his duties and responsibilties as a purveyor of food products, given his umed expertise and competence in his profession. Also as reasonable person he should have forseen that his neglect or omission could have led to fatal consequences.
