How do I eat better?

Eat a breakfast before work that is rich in fibre. Drink pleanty of water throughout the day. On you lunch hour, split the time in half. Exercise for the first half (even if it is light exercise such as walking). During the second half eat a homemade sandwich with whole wheat bread and pleanty of veggies, with little to no sauce and er. For snacks, fresh fruit, veggies, yogurt, etc.
