For White Americans part 2?

What do you think the "real" agenda of Multiculturalism is? Has Multiculturalism been good for America and Europe or has it been destructive. Do you think theres a "deliberate agenda to make Whites a minority in America and Europe with the on going Racial and cultural Demographic changes? Do you feel White Americans have a place at the table of Multicuturalism? Meanning------Do white Americans Heritage and social interest matter? Or do you feel Multicuturalism is all about Blacks and other non Whites and their interest only? Do you think their is a racist agend in America aimed at White people by "non whites and (White Liberals) for Americas racial past?
