Can HMRevenue &Customs Officer tax possessions that I own & that are in my name for a debt in my husbands name?

the only thing i got to add to what most people say is that because you have 2 children with special needs is that even if the car is in your husbands name thay could not take it as it is you only way of getting the kids to and from hospital only other thing is please get in touch with the citizen advise if you havent allready they are realy good and could even meet you in your home or a close public place
