Eat a breakfast before work that is rich in fibre. Drink pleanty of water throughout the day. On you lunch hour, split the time in half. Exercise for the first half (even if it is light exercise such as walking). During the second half eat a homemade sandwich with whole wheat bread and pleanty of veggies, with little to no sauce and er. For snacks, fresh fruit, veggies, yogurt, etc.

Don't worry, that is totally normal. It's exactly the same when you lose a tooth. The roots of your teeth that they pulled out were there. The brown crumby stuff is just food that was stuck in the little holes in gum. Just be careful not to eat anything too hard near the holes cos if the food pokes them really hard, it's gonna start to bleed. But just wait for about 4 or 5 days and they will be gone and all you will see replacing them is your gum. Hope this helped :)

I just started using Linux, specifically Ubuntu. I get the loading screen fine, and the text based beginning fine. A problem with a Dell Dimension 4500S...?

I have a Dimension 4500S. The other night I got the dreaded blue screen. No hardware or software changes hand been made in a couple of months - I was just on the internet when it happened. My husband thought it needed a reboot, so I powered down, turned it back on, and it won't go further than the Dell screen. We tried again, and it won't even go that far. I've read on forums that the video card is gone (the monitor - which came with it - just stays asleep when it's turned on). The diagnostics lights showed a memory error. I took both sticks out - tried both separately. After trying both, I have a new light - GGGY - which, via Dell, means another error. I have NO clue what could be wrong. Could it be the battery? Could it be the motherboard? Hard drive? Other issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

I have a psp phat and I have a Pandoras battery and Magic Memory Stick and never had to open up my psp. recently the d-pad of my psp hasn't been working properly. Help! What color should I paint my walls?

I have chocolate brown and blue curtains. My couches are a mocha color. I have brown and blue accent pillows on my couch... choc. brown end tables and bookshelf, etc.. Fighting off my cold without a cold medicine seems smart to me. Windows 7 makes a 86X folder on your C: drive for 32 bit applications and a regular "program files" folder. I switched from XP to Win 7 64bit and everything works correctly. One time ago there was capability issues, but that was with Vista. A 64 bit system recognizes over 4 gigs of ram and utilizes quad core. Other than that I do not know what its good for.

I think I may have a yeast infection or BV. I have had both once in this pregnancy and have symptoms again. I am almost 27 weeks pregnant right now. This morning I went for my yearly eye appointment. After the optometrist had finished thoroughly inspecting my eyes, he said I had crusty flakes around my eye lashes and said I was prone to a condition called Blepharitis, and that i should wash my eyes with warm water for 5-10 minutes twice a day. Two different camera softwares on computer?

I have software on my computer from Sony and also from Fuji. If I shoot with Sony camera it's picked up by Sony and Fuji software and same holds true when using Fuji camera, Sony software picks it up also. So in essence when using either camera I get same photos twice. I guess that's ok with me..anything that I should be aware of? ALSO, when comparing photos from each software they look identical. Should this be or should coloring be a little different from one another?

Toyota and Lexus are equally better in quality than Chevy. Our Toyota with 170,000 miles is still strong. I have known many Chevy's to experience problems early on. You're right, Lexus is the luxurious brand of Toyota, but they aren't necessarily more reliable than Toyota. They just have more technology, comfort, and safety features.

My friend is an excellent violinist, things that Jews are known for.and a genius at math and science, very J Growing up, although they celebrated Hanukkah and Christmas, there was no one there to teach him about his Jewish roots, heritage, religion, or culture. He never attended Hebrew School, and never became a Bar Mitzvah. He can not read a single word of Hebrew, and does not even know any of the letters. His mother never told him about ALL parts of his heritage, and his Jewish father never bothered to tell him either. My other friend has been pushing for him to research what the Jews have done for humanity and science. There's a reason that he's good at violin.

I am so confused and frustrated in my relationship, I need some advice.?

My boyfriend and I have only been back together about a month and yet we keep getting into fights and having stupid misunderstandings. One problem is he is obsessed with his work and just wants to sit around at his house all day and basically expects me to sit there too. I'm getting really bored. I've tried to be supportive but I'm losing my patience. I would like things to work and just feel happy but I can't. I have an anxiety problem so that is partly what's causing issues. That's one reason I am not catholic anymore either. It surprises me how many catholics on here say that their church doesn't teach that. They have said that we lie. But my church did teach the worship of saints and Mary and the paying of a dollar to light a candle to them, etc. I think that the churches don't all agree amongst themselves on these things. Some do them and some don't. That's the only reason I can think of that they would say that we are lying when we are telling the truth.

Most people that move from up north usually land up in Cary but I find that area to be a bit snooty but if you like snooty I guess that would be it. Apex, Holly Springs are good places to live. Asheville is the mountains and honestly I heard is pretty but never been there. Check out Knightdale, Youngsville, Fuquay-Varina, Angier, Morrisville and the suburbs of Raleigh. I will say the real estate here has gotten ridiculous and is because many have moved into the area and can afford bigger homes have driven the market way up so much that locals now are priced out of buying homes.

Okay so my boyfriend dumped me about a month ago after 11 months of dating. When he broke up with me he didnt really give an excuse he just said that he "fell out of love" with me. I had to literally drag him out the room and on the way out he punched my friends wall of her house (which is so out of character for him, he's the really quiet shy type). Outside he's on the brink of tears and he's screaming "She means nothing to me, i dont care about what Becky's saying" and I asked "then why did you react so violently when she was questioning you about dumping me?" and he didn't give a clear answer. Later he calmed down and everything was going back to normal and we were all talking and I dont recall exactly WHY it happened, but my ex looked at me (in front of everyone) and goes "Why did you invite me here tonight huh? Did you think I'd get back with you? Cuz I'm not, you'll see in the end. I DONT LIKE YOU" and I was completely embared and walked away because of his arrogance. How do I compile my C++ Source?

I have source that will compile fine in Visual C++ 6 but it fails in 2005 or 2008 express. I've tried 2003 toolkit, Codeblocks, boarland 5.5 and turbo and nothing will compile it except Visual C++ 6. The problem is, Visual C++ 6 is $200+ and I am not a developer, I simply wish to run this SVN code that requires Visual C++ 6 compatible compiler. Where can I find a free one?

Why is van's battery light coming on?

We thought it was the battery so we got a new one. BUT the light came on again so we thought maybe the alternator. The head is milled so that it raises the compression so that regular will no longer work. Supreme is a higher octane this gives more power, and also helps the turbo to work better with the output of the engine. IN reality that extra 20 cents a gallon is peanuts. It takes 20 gallons to add up to 4 bucks, thats about a gallon of gas, think about it your talking about maybe 20 miles a tankfull of less driving. Not that big of deal, compared to regular can destroy a 10,000 dollar engine if its used in a high octane car.

Would you read a book that switches between two narrators?

There are several books written in this style, and it is completely personal preference. I have a difficult time reading first person narrative..drives me insane for some reason. But I have managed to read a few that were so well done, I didn't mind in the end. The switching of narratives is done all the time, just make certain the switch is easy and does not confuse the reader. Some writers do the stories in parts( part one from one view, part two from another, and so on), others just switch rapidly. Just make it clear and concise and it shouldn't be an issue. Good luck!

Kicker is great if you want something that will shake the **** outta your car. Jl is great if you want smooth clean sounds. But kicker is definitely hella beatin. Okay. These headaches and I do say headaches because they come up to 5 times a day start on my left temple then move to the top of my head and down the back of my head into my neck. So my left temple, top and back of my head, and my neck are all throbbing at the same time. Weird part is they only last 2 minutes tops. Also if I lay down the pain is a million times worse. Sometimes I get a burning sensation in my chest. Blurred vision comes along with these headaches.My doctor treated these as migranes but the pills did not work. I have high blood pressure. I'm a cartoonist and while I do a lot of digital artwork, I'm not familiar with how publishing a children's book works. The original story consist of colorful and odd characters going on this adventure and meeting many characters along the way, I just don't want it to make it too long. My artwork I always tend to use bright colors and focus on making my character designs easily recognizable and fun to look at. How long do you think a children's adventure story should be? So, a few months back I went to the doctors with (Testicular Pain). I had originally thought it was cancer, but it turned out to be just and infenction and swelling. I would first recomend the Air Force, as it would look very good on your resume if you have previous experience working on anything to do with aircraft. Navy or Army could both be good alternatives, as they both have good engineering programs as well. Make sure you know that just because you go to your recruiter and tell him you want to work on planes, doesnt mean that is what you will start off doing. You will be starting off at the bottom, and will eventually get to where you wanted to be. (I knew a guy that went into the Navy in order to train to be a plumber, and right after training they put him on a ship doing nothing but cleaning the bathrooms for about a year). Not mention, if you finish so many units of school, you enlist as a higher rank, and you can do more school after you get out.

I've known her and have liked her since 2007. Back in the day, she didn't really see me that way though.
