I feel FAT! please help!?
first of all, thats not too much food. maybe, if you really feel fat, only eat 3 square meals a day with 2 snacks. so a serving size of cereal for breakfast. a peice of fruit in the middle of brekkie and lunch. lunch (5 items: drink, crunchie, dessert, fruit, and main part then a small snack like a yogurt from lunch to dinner, which is whatever your mom dad makes. if you feel good, have a healthy dessert like fat free ice cream with a fruit on top. also, stick to organic foods and water only!! if you drink juice, make sure it doesnt have a lot of sugar in it.
