Jason Witten or Tony Scheffler?

Witten at the Redskins with a QB coming back from injury, or Scheffler at the Falcons with a p happy QB? Witten is still hampered by the ribs, but I don't know how much. Scheffler had just under 100 yards last game. What do you guys think?
