Anyone know what type of problem I'm having with my head?

Okay. These headaches and I do say headaches because they come up to 5 times a day start on my left temple then move to the top of my head and down the back of my head into my neck. So my left temple, top and back of my head, and my neck are all throbbing at the same time. Weird part is they only last 2 minutes tops. Also if I lay down the pain is a million times worse. Sometimes I get a burning sensation in my chest. Blurred vision comes along with these headaches.My doctor treated these as migranes but the pills did not work. I have high blood pressure. Could I possibly be have hypertension or something?
