Could something more be wrong with me?

So, a few months back I went to the doctors with (Testicular Pain). I had originally thought it was cancer, but it turned out to be just and infenction and swelling. The doctors had given me some meds. This was suppose to stop the pain and make it go away, but every now and then my right testicle hurts. This is the one that was infected. Is it possible there is something more wrong than just an infection???!?!?
