I need some advice?

One of my best friends hangs out with delinquents. They are always blowing things up and have gotten arrested several times. Another one of my best friends recently got arrested for grafitti cause hes retarded. My other best friend is obsessed with and always doing girls. I don't know what to do and adivce would be realllyyyy nice!!!
