Naming and creating excel tabs from a seperate sheet but same workbook?

i have a workbook that consists of a front setup sheet, and multiple tabs consisting of parts setup sheets (one for each part on a list in the setup sheet). I want to be able to enter the part names in a list on the setup sheet, and for the code to make and name the parts setup sheets.
