This past weekend I drank. I threw up many times and was just wondering if is possible to have alcohol poison?

Lets say I might have had alcohol poisoning. If I went untreated and nothing has happened to me so far, could I possibly die from having alcohol poisoning even though it was more than 3 days ago?
