Where can I get Botox in the NY, NJ or PA area?

Just moved here! Live close to NYC, new jersey and not too far from Pennsylvania. I am freaking out. Dont know where to get my botox and dermal fillers done. I use Juvederm in my lips and Radiesse for nasolabial folds. Get botox in forehead and crows feet. Hubby gets it under his arms. HELP! Need good licensed recommendations
