Ladies..tell me what you think about this....?

Okay I have a fiance that lives a few states away. I moved away to start working, and find us a house. I'm staying with my dad at the moment, while my fiance is still in Virginia. Now he got in a car accident a month ago, and is going through physical therapy for his knee, and his back. Because we don't see each other that often we always talk on the phone, or by text message. Everyday faithfully. It's been two days now, and he hasn't called, or text me. I thought something bad happened to him, so I called his brother who lives there. He said he was fine, and he had just talked to him. This is the thing that's been bothering me the most...Ok my fiance says that he goes in to see his chiropractor, and physical therapist mon-fri from 10am-9pm sometimes 10pm. Do those hours seem reasonable to you? I think he's cheating, and that's why he's avoiding me. What do you think?
