Testicular Torsion.... Who do I contact?

First, I am NOT a physician or a nurse, and thus am not qualified to give any medical advice whatever, so temper whatever I might offer with your own good sense. However, from what I have heard, torsion is so very, very painful that if you had it you would not be able to be at your computer writing questions. Instead, you would be in excruciating pain and unable to walk.
